Yes, thermostatically controlled convection heating is installed as standard so, your garden room will be as warm as your house all year round!

We can take care of all services to your garden room if you so wish, or work around your local tradesman

No, each room is custom built for you, so no two buildings are the same.
Q: How "Sound Proof" are the Contemporary Garden Rooms
Our wall panels are much thicker than a "normal" garden room, 150mm to be precise and all the glass is double glazed. You also have to remember that because we try to adhere to building regulations, we also incorporate a cavity wall which helps contain any acoustic transfer.
Q: How much will my garden room cost?
It's difficult to say as we design them individually to suite your style and budget. However, they start at £6995 ex VAT for the myPod & the deluxe range starts at £11995 ex VAT for a 3.0m x 2.4m.
