The Contemporary Box is installed with fully insulated (Kingspan) floor, ceiling and acoustic recycled glass insulation in the walls, double-glazed Aluminium or Oak French Double Doors (Patio/Side Light Upgrade £895 or Bi-Folds £1295) and painted high density internal walls.
The Box comes fitted with a row of 6 sockets which is connected to the ring mains in your house via a socket(Full Part P Electric Upgrade £795). This Contemporary Garden Room is finished with a maintenance-free pressure treated slow grown spruce(Cedar Upgrade from £395) T&G boarding to ensure your garden room ages gracefully.
At under 2.5 meters in height, in most cases no planning permission is required.
